At the request of the court Sri Sumit Kakkad, learned counsel has taken instructions from the bank authorities. As per his instructions the process of complying with the order passed by this court is already on foot. The final decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks from today.
Faced with the aforesaid facts, Sri Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh contempt application.
In case the order is not complied with within a period of six weeks as submitted by the learned counsel for the State Bank of India it shall be open to the applicant to file a fresh contempt application.
The writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
