Petitioner has assailed the order of suspension dated 16.02.2009 as well as the chargesheet dated 26.02.2009 in the instant writ petition. The petitioner has sought further relief that the respondents be directed not to proceed with the enquiry.
A perusal of the chargesheet dated 26.02.2009 impugned in the instant writ petition discloses commission of several acts of misconduct.
On the contrary, by order dated 16.03.2009 passed by this Court, the respondents were directed to proceed with the enquiry in accordance with the disciplinary rules.
Sri Nripendra Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent Corporation submits that the enquiry has been completed and consequent orders have already been passed. The petitioner has been dismissed from service. An application to this regard has been filed by learned counsel for the respondents in the year 2012 along with termination order dated 10.06.2007.
There is no infirmity in the order of suspension or the chargesheet. The writ petition is dismissed.
