It is not disputed that the order of the Court of which contempt is alleged was passed only on 20 April 2018. Consequently, the Court finds no material presently to hold the opposite party in wilful or deliberate disobedience.
Accordingly, while this petition is dismissed , it is left open to the applicant to approach the Court again in case the matter is inordinately delayed.
