Hon'ble Umesh Chandra Tripathi,J.
Rejoinder affidavit has been filed by Shri Atul Kumar, Advocate on behalf of applicant today in the Court, is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for State and perused the record.
As per prosecution version, on 07.04.2018 at about 9:30 p.m., applicant assaulted informant Hoshiyar Singh with intention to kill him.
Learned counsel for the applicant contended that there is injury on the hand of informant, not on vital part, which is simple in nature. There is no criminal antecedent of applicant. Applicant is languishing in jail since 08.04.2018.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer of bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find it a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail.
