Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The informant is an agent of the Chit Fund Company and the applicant is also an agent.

The allegation is that all the agents have collected Rs.50,00,000/- and deposited the same in the account of the company. The applicant has no prior criminal history and is in jail since 17.2.2018.

On the other hand learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the opinion that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

Let the applicant Sita Ram be released on bail in Case Crime No. 292 of 2017, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, I.P.C., Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions which are being imposed in the interest of justice :-
