This case has been consistently adjourned on the ground of illness-slip of learned counsel for the applicants. Even on the last date of listing, it was observed by this Court that on the next date of listing, the illness-slip will not be appreciated by this Court.
Today, again none present on behalf of applicants even in revised list.
It appears that matter might have become infructuous due to efflux of time and it seems that applicants are no more interested in pursing the matter.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous as well as for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
In case the cause of action still survives and petition has not become infructuous, the applicants will be at liberty to move a recall application within six weeks from today.
