The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to conclude the proceedings of Original Suit No. 460 of 2012 within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioners and is pending since the year 2012.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that dates are being fixed for disposal of issue no.6.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide issue no.6, which relates to its jurisdiction expeditiously and thereafter in case the court comes to the conclusion that it has jurisdiction to try the suit, the same be decided, having regard to the fact that it is pending since the year 2012.
