The service condition, qualification, experience, pay scales & allowances etc. admissible to the officers & employees (teaching & non-teaching staff) of the University shall be same as admissible to the officers & employees (teaching & Non-teaching staff), of the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow.
