Section 18. Authorities of the University

The following shall be authorities of the University-

(a) the Board of Governors,

(b) the Executive Council,

(c) the Academic Council,

(d) the Finance Committee,

(e) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
