Section 9. Repeal

9. The United Provinces Jute Goods (Control) Ordinance, 1949, is hereby repealed and the provisions of section 6 and 24 of the United Provinces General Clauses Act, 1904 shall apply as if it had been an Act repealed by a United Provinces Act.
