Section 2. Definitions

2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,

(a) Jute goods includes all jute manufactures ;

(b) Controller means the Jute Controller appointed by the State Government under section 3 ;

(c) State Government means the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
