Section 31. Power to remove difficulties

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act in consequence of the transition to the said provisions from the provisions of the Acts so repealed, the Government may, by order published in the ¹Telangana Gazette, give such directions not inconsistent with the purposes of this Act, or make such adaptations or modifications of this Act not affecting the substance as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
