Section 8. Affiliation restricted to educational institution sin the State

Notwithstanding contained anything in any law for the time being in force, no educational institution outside the territory of the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] shall be affiliated with, or be admitted to any privileges of, a Cluster University under this Act.
