Section 43. Disputes as to constitution of Cluster University Authorities or Bodies

If any question arises whether any person has been duly elected, appointed or co-opted as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or other body of the Cluster University, or whether any decision of the Cluster University or of any of its bodies, authorities or committees is in conformity with the Act, the Statutes or the Regulations, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final.
