Section 65. Review by the Licensing Authority

(1) All orders made by the Licensing Authority under this Act shall be appealable within thirty days from the date of order and the appeal shall lie to the State Government.

(2) Any appeal preferred under sub-section (1) shall normally be disposed of by the State Government within three months from the date of receipt of the appeal.
