Section 25. Facilities to be afforded to Inspectors and Expert Committee

The Promoter and his agents shall afford to the Chief Ropeways Inspector, Project Inspector or, as the case may be, to the members of the Expert Committee all reasonable facilities for performing the duties, and exercising the powers imposed and conferred upon him by this Act or by rules made thereunder.
