Section 4. Programmes to be audited

The list of such programmes, schemes and projects implemented by different Government departments, agencies or organizations as per Schedule 1 appended to this Act, shall be subjected to social audit as provided under this Act.Provided that the State Government through a notification to be issued in the Official Gazette in this behalf, may revise or amend the list of such programmes, schemes and projects from time to time as may be required.
