Section 20. Power to remove difficulties

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion arises, by order, do anything which appears to it be necessary or expedient to remove difficulty.

(2) Every order made under this Section shall, as soon as after it is made, be laid before the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly.
