Section 22. Confidentiality

No agency or authority of the Government or any local authority, including any functionaries thereunder, shall disclose to any other entrepreneur or investor or to a person not duly authorized, any information forming the intellectual property of the entrepreneur or investor without the consent of such entrepreneur or investor.
