Section 10. Constitution of Supervisory Committee

(1) There shall be a Supervisory Committee consisting of Secretary, Industries as the Chairman and such other members as may be prescribed.

(2) The Supervisory Committee shall meet at such times and at such places and shall adopt such procedure to transact its business, as may be prescribed.
