Section 6. Charges for publication of Civil Court notices

1[The notices issued by the Civil Courts in pursuance of the provisions of the law in force may be published subject to the payment of the charges at the rate of 2[twelve naya paise per line per insertion or at such rate as may be determined by the 3[Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] from time to time]. The charges shall be realised by the Civil Courts from the person at whose request a notice is issued and amount realised shall be remitted to the Superintendent Press.
