Section 10. Publication of Government orders

All orders on the annual reports of Departments of the 3[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] passed by 1[the Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir], shall be published in the 2[Official Gazette], if their publication is sanctioned by 1[the Government of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
