The complete ban was imposed by respondent No.1 by the said order in district Udham Singh Nagar. 4.Counter affidavit filed by State is taken on record. Misc. Application (IA/2/2026) stands disposed of. 5.A subsequent order dated 04.02.2026 passed by respondent No.1 has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the counter affidavit, wherein, the earlier order has been modified and it was prescribed that summer paddy crops can be sown in the water logging areas only and not in the other areas. 6.It is informed by learned counsel for petitioners that the said order dated 04.02.2026passed byrespondent No.1
