No. 307 of 2022, whereunder a sum of Rs.2,18,03,038.06 (Rupees Two Crore Eighteen Lakh Three Thousand and Thirty Eight and paise 06 only) along with pendente lite and future interest @ 7% is to be realized from the proprietorship concern of the petitioner. The contention is that there was only a single bid and, therefore, it ought not to have been confirmed.
