It is argued that since the petitioner no. 1 belongs to a different religion and, therefore, her parents respondent nos. 4 and 5 are deadly against their marriage and now giving regular threat. 5. With regard to their age proof Aadhar card and school leaving certificates have been enclosed. 6. Mr. Joshi, learned A.G.A. have not disputed on their age as well as marriage. 7. Now, taking into consideration their age and the fact that both of them were in love and now married on 18.04.2026 without any compulsion, this court is of the view that if there is any threat perception from respondent nos. 4 and 5 the police administration is under legal obligation to assess the same and give adequate protection. 8.
