By the instant petition, the petitioners are praying for the following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR dated 17.04.2026 as Case Crime No. 0164 of 2026 Under Section 2,3 U.P. Gangster Act & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act of 1986, P.S. Kotwali Bhagwanpur District Haridwar (Annexure no.1 page 11 to 16) (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in Case Crime No. 0164 of 2026 Under Section 2,3 U.P. Gangster Act & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act of 1986, P.S. Kotwali Bhagwanpur District Haridwar. 4. After arguing at length learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned and till then some interim protection may be granted to the petitioners. 5. The State has no objection. 6. In such view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned on or before 03.06.2026.
