			2. Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The applicant Rajendra Singh S/o Late Shripal Singh is praying for anticipatory bail in relation to FIR dated 30.05.2025 bearing FIR No. 0278 of 2025 registered at P.S. Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar, wherein the applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 6, Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act 1986 read with Section 75(3), 78(1), and 79 of BNS 2023.

It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that all the offences wherein the present applicant has been implicated are punishable for less than seven years however while conducting the investigation so far no notice under section 35(3) of BNSS, 2023 has been issued by the concerned I.O. and as such there is an apprehension of arrest. 5. The Coordinate Bench has already granted interim protection to the applicant on 27.06.2025 whereby he was grated interim bail subject to certain conditions.

On the other side, Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. on instructions, informed to this Court that now the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has been filed and also apprised to this Court that the interim bail granted to the applicant by the Coordinate Bench was never misused. 7. Since, now the charge sheet has already been filed and the applicant is already on interim bail pursuant to the interim order granted by the Coordinate Bench on 27.06.2025 and he never misused the same during investigation, this Court is of the view that the interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench should be made absolute. 8. In such view of the matter, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally and interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench dated 27.06.2025 is made absolute. 9. All pending applications are also disposed of accordingly. 10. It is further made clear that the applicant shall join the trial court proceedings on each and every date without seeking any unnecessary adjournment and will not make any attempt to influence the witnesses, failing which, the prosecution is free to move an application for cancelling the anticipatory bail.
