By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to restore the property to the petitioner as a share holder of the Company in the form in which it was before demolition; ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing not to interfere in the possession of the Company or its share holders over the land in question.” 3. After arguing for a while, Mr. Sudhir Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty. 5. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
