Respondent no. 2 was served personally, but, none has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2. 4. On the last occasion, State was granted time to file objection to the Delay Condonation Application as well as Restoration Application, but, till date, no objection has been filed. 5. Grounds shown in the affidavits filed in support of Delay Condonation Application as well as in support of Restoration Application are sufficient to condone the delay and restore the criminal misc. application. Accordingly, Delay Condonation Application No. 1 of 2026 and Restoration Application No. 2 of 2026 are allowed. The delay in filing the restoration application is hereby condoned. 6. The order dated 01.08.2025 is hereby recalled. The present criminal misc. application is directed to be restored to its original number alongwith interim order dated 30.12.2016. 7.
