The challenge in this revision is made to an order dated 10.11.2023, passed in Case No.61 of 2021, Shreya Sharma vs. Vikas Sharma, by the court of Judge, Family Court, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. By the impugned order, an application filed by the respondent no.2, Smt. Shreya was allowed and the revisionist was directed to pay`35,000/- per month to her as interim maintenance. During the course of hearing on 04.03.2024, the matter was referred for mediation. Today, learned counsel for the parties would submit that parties have settled the dispute amicably. An agreement for amicable settlement has also been recorded by them during mediation. The parties have already settled the dispute amicably.
