			(2) This is an application under Section 24 CPC for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 72 of 2023, under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, from the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Uttarkashi to a court of competent jurisdiction at Dehradun.
			(3) Applicant is wife. She contends that her marriage was solemnised on 4.12.2017 and a male child was born out of the wedlock, who is about 6 years old; applicant is residing at Dehradun with her m inor child; she does not have any source of income and not a single penny is being paid to her as maintenance and, therefore, it will be very difficult for her to visit Uttarkashi on each and every date of hearing in the aforesaid petition, filed by the respondent (husband).
			(4) Mr. Shivam Rana, learned Counsel for the respondent, however, disputes the contention that respondent is not paying any maintenance and he submits that his client is supporting the applicant financially, however, he could not tell the exact amount which respondentis paying to the applicant.

However, Mr. Shivam Ram, on
instructions, submits that the prayer for transfer made by the applicant may be allowed.
(5) Having regard to the facts of the case and in view of the statement
made by learned Counsel for the
respondent, transfer application is allowed and the proceedings of
Matrimonial Suit No. 72 of 2023 are
transferred from the Court of Senior Civil
