Mr. Pradeep Kumar Chauhan, Advocate for respondent no. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Petitioner took a loan against property from respondent no. 3. Since petitioner defaulted in re-payment of the loan, therefore, recovery proceedings have been initiated against him. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that petitioner is ready and willing to re-pay the entire loan, however, some reasonable time be given to the petitioner for this purpose. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that if petitioner deposits the entire outstanding dues with respondent no. 3 within two months and also deposits a sum of`1 Crore upfront<br>within 20 days from today, he has no<br>objection if two months’ time is given to<br>the petitioner to liquidate the loan.<br>Accordingly, the writ petition is<br>disposed of by permitting the petitioner<br>to deposit`1 Crore with the Competent Officer in respondent no. 3 on or before 06.04.2023. The remaining amount shall bere-paid by the petitioner within next

six weeks. For a period of two months,
respondents are restrained from taking
any coercive action against the
petitioner, subject to petitioner
depositing a sum of`1 Crore with the
respondent no. 3 on or before
06.04.2023. In case of any default by the petitioner, he shall not be entitled to protection of this order and respondent no.3 will be free to proceed against him, in accordance with law.
