| Mr. Vipul Painuly, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. P.C. Bisht, Additional CSC, assisted by Mr. V.S. Rawat, Brief Holder for the State/ respondents. Petitioner is presently posted as Teacher in Government Primary School, Saidar, Narendra Nagar, District Tehri Garhwal. According to her, the school where she is presently serving should have been categorised as ‘Remote’. However, in the list prepared by the authorities, the said school has been categorised as ‘Accessible’. Feeling aggrieved by the alleged wrong categorisation, this writ petition has been filed. This Court cannot go into the question as to which school should be categorised as ‘Remote’ and which should be placed under the category ‘Accessible’. It is for the concerned authorities to decide the same in terms of the classification rules. However, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority and if such a representation is made within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken within six weeks thereafter.
