			This writ petition was filed by him in 2019 challenging the order dated 13.08.2019, whereby he was put under suspension pending enquiry. He has also
			challenged the relieving order dated
			14.09.2019 passed by in-charge
			Principal, Government Inter College Mori, Uttarkashi, as during suspension, he was
			attached with the Block Education
			Officer, Purola. A coordinate Bench of this Court
			has passed an interim order on
			18.10.2019, whereby both the orders
			impugned in the writ petition were stayed. A counter affidavit has been filed on
			behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 6,

enclosing therewith copy of charge-sheet
dated 11.09.2019. It is not known, whether disciplinary enquiry against petitioner is concluded or not. It is settled position in
law that suspension is not punishment in
the eyes of law, therefore, this Court is
not inclined to interfere with the
suspension order, impugned herein. Having regard to the facts of the
case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Disciplinary Authority to
have the enquiry, initiated against petitioner, concluded as early as
possible, but not later than six months
from the date of production of certified
copy of this order. Interim order dated
