| Heard Mr. Abhishek Bahuguna, Advocate for the petitioner. A divorce petition has been filed against petitioner by his wife, which is pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun and is registered as Original Case No. 463 of 2021. Petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said suit. Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a request to learned Court concerned to make every endeavour to decide the said suit, as early as possible.
