			CLCON No. 190 of 2022 Hon’ble Sanjaya Kumar Mishra, J. Ms. Divya Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner. This is an application for initiating contempt proceedings against the Secretary, Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority, Dehradun for not complying with the order dated 04.05.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPMS No. 903 of 2022 whereby it was directed him to dispose of the representation. The Court disposed of the writ petition by passing an innocuous order, which cannot be said to be a Mandamus. So, there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court. Since the petitioner has grievance, which is not redressed by the Secretary, MDDA, Dehradun, he is further directed to dispose of the representation within four weeks. In case, the respondent no. 1 does not dispose of the representation of the petitioner within four weeks, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh writ petition for redressal of his grievance.
