Ms. Pooja Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2. Ms. Neetu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would like to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the Cooperative Tribunal for remedy available under the Uttarakhand Cooperative Societies Act, 2003. She would further submit that the petitioner shall file an application for condonation of delay that may be considered liberally. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Cooperative Tribunal under Section 98 of the Uttarakhand Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 and with further liberty that she may file an application for condonation of delay, in case, such application for condonation of delay is filed, the Cooperative Tribunal may consider it liberally. The writ petition stands dispose of. |
