The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition against the order dated 13.09.2018, passed by SOC, Roorkee in Appeal No.350 “Ashok Kumar Vs. Government” which was rendered under Section 11 of the U.P. Consolidation of the Holdings Act. In view of this Court, since under the Act, the petitioner has a statutory remedy to file a revision, the writ petition would not be maintainable. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. |
