| WPCRL No.76 of 2021 Hon’ble R.C. Khulbe, J. Mr. S.R.S. Gill, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Sandeep Tandon, learned counsel for the CBI. It is submitted by learned counsel for the C.B.I. that after completion of the investigation a report has been submitted in the form of final report; as regard to the para no.18 of the counter affidavit is concerned, the investigation has been completed and the report has been submitted in the form of final report also. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of and the writ-petitioner will have a right to move a protest petition against the report submitted by the I.O. before the Court. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. |
