| CRLR No.350 of 2013 Hon’ble R.C. Khulbe, J. Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir, learned counsel for the revisionist. Mr. Piyush Garg, learned counsel for the private respondent. This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 06.04.2012 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st, Dehradun, in misc. Case No.84 of 2011, Smt. Bharti Jaiswal vs. Joydeep Majumdar and another. The compounding application (IA No.3614 of 2021) has been moved on behalf of the parties to compound the case. The parties are present before this Court today; they fairly submitted that the compromise has taken place between them; the revisionist does not want to pursue the case. Accordingly, the revision is allowed on the basis of compromise and the order dated 06.04.2012 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st, Dehradun, in misc. Case No.84 of 2011, Smt. Bharti Jaiswal vs. Joydeep Majumdar and another is set aside. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. |
