The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submitted that in compliance of the order dated 16.10.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Criminal No.1584 of 2020, a sum of Rs.75,000.00 was deposited by the applicant-petitioner, namely, Dhirendra Kumar alias Billu with the District Social Welfare Officer, Udham Singh Nagar through Demand Draft No.439753 dated 09.11.2020. The learned counsel for the State has no objection on the money withdrawal application. The Money Withdrawal Application No.7965 of 2022 is allowed.
