Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move compounding application in the trial court.
Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent would also welcome any settlement, if the amount is paid to the respondent.
Needless to say, petitioners are always free to move any application, as permissible under law.
With these observations the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
