			ABA No. 2 of 2021 Hon’ble N.S. Dh an ik , J . Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant. Mr. V.S. Rathore, learned A.G.A. for the State of Uttarakhand. Mr. Devesh Upreti, learned counsel for the private respondent After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant confined his prayer only to the extent that a direction may be issued to the lower Court to decide the bail application of the applicant on the same day. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is disposed of with the directions that if the applicant appears before the concerned Court on or before 23.08.2021 and moves bail application, the concerned court shall decide it on the very same day. In case, the concerned Magistrate rejects the bail, he shall submit the documents along with the rejection order to the concerned Sessions Judge on the very same day, who in turn shall decide the matter as expeditiously as possible. Till 23.08.2021 only, the respondent is directed not to take any coercive measure against the applicant provided he cooperate with the investigation. ( N.S. Dhan ik , J.) 03.08.2021 SB
