Since common question of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore all these petitions are clubbed together and are being heard and decided together. However, for the sake of convenience, facts of WPMS No. 2384 of 2020 are being considered.

Petitioner is a Transporter, who is registered with respondent no. 2 – Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation for transportation of river bed material.

According to the petitioner, his transport vehicle, which is registered with Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation, has become old and unusable, therefore, he purchased a new transport vehicle and applied for registration of the new vehicle with Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation.

Grievance of the petitioner is that no decision is being taken on his application for registration of new vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question involved in this writ petition has been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 08.09.2020 rendered in WPMS No. 67 of 2020.

Learned counsels for the respondents also do not dispute the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the petitioners.

Since the controversy involved now stands settled by the aforesaid judgment, therefore, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 08.09.2020 rendered in WPMS No. 67 of 2020.
