The petitioner before this Court runs a small cottage industry and makes bricks from fly ash. The petitioner claims that his unit comes under the “Grade C” category, meaning thereby it is eco-friendly. According to the petitioner, when the factory was established in the year 2015, it was liable to get a subsidy/encouragement benefit of 30%.

and the documents of the petitioner and in case he comes to the conclusion that that the petitioner is eligible for subsidy/encouragement benefit, pass an appropriate order, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
