This writ petition was arising out of the order as passed by respondent No. 2 on 23.04.2016.
After filing of the writ petition, some subsequent developments took place, which have been brought on record by the petitioner by filing of a Miscellaneous Application No. 8936/2019, wherein he has contended that now the controversy between the parties stand settled and a settlement dated 17.12.2018 has been arrived between the parties.
Hence, he contends that in view of the settlement, which has been arrived at between the parties, the lis, which is pending consideration before the Court against the impugned order could be disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 17.12.2018, which is accepted by both the parties.
Considering the terms of the settlement dated 17.12.2018, which has been arrived at between the parties and consensus has been reached at, this writ petition would stand disposed of in terms of settlement dated 17.12.2018.
Consequently, the writ petition is closed.
