Learned Brief Holder submits that petitioner is not available at the address given in the writ petition. Moreover, he further submits neither petitioner is traceable nor he is cooperating with the investigation, consequently, no progress has been made in the investigation.
In view of the conduct of the petitioner as informed by learned Brief Holder, petitioner is not entitled to any protection. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order stands vacated.
