Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Mr. S.K. Mandal, learned counsel for petitioner submits that Special Appeal No. 498 of 2014 was earlier dismissed by Division Bench of this Court. He further submits that pursuant to a review application filed by State of Uttarakhand, the Division Bench has reviewed its earlier order and now Special Appeal No. 498 of 2014 alongwith other connected appeals are restored to file.
In view of this development, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to file fresh, if need be.
In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as above. Contempt notices issued against respondents are hereby discharged.
