An application for dismissing of the Second Appeal has been preferred by appellant under the affidavit of Mr. Mehtab Hussain, who is contesting the appeal as the appellant No.1/1, after having been substituted on behalf of the deceased Mumtaj Hussain.
Considering the averments made in the application, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Withdrawal Application No. 9545 of 2019 stands disposed of accordingly.
