This case was listed yesterday at 2:30 P.M. Mr. Nandan Arya, learned counsel made a prayer for adjournment. When the case was called out Mr. Bhupendra Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner appeared and he yet again made prayer for adjournment on the ground that there are other connected matters but the details of the connected matters was not provided, therefore, the matter was listed for today.
Today, the case was listed and taken up in the revised call but none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to argue the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in default.
